Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order, and you will need to follow our return policy.

Return Policy

If you receive your order and decide that you would like to return it, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to return the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the product is deemed eligible for a return, we will issue a refund for the product, minus any shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used. We also cannot accept returns for products that have been damaged or altered by the customer.
